Medium State 4130 all Road with State branded monster fork. Frame and fork only. Firstly I'd say state's 5'9 to 6'2 might be pushing it. Im 5'11 and say 6'0 depending on build might be the tallest is spec this frame. Its pretty upright with flat bars. But drops would stretch it out a little more. Built this up to replace another bike as daily commuter. Turned out too similar to what I was already riding so it sat unridden. Maybe 2 rides. Built as is its really fairly light for a budget steel frame. I have the same fork on another bike. No issues after nearly 2 years of gravel and daily commuting. I would recommend sticking to 11speed. The 12 speed chain line with the mtn cass is pretty wild. Headset included. Its a cane creek 40 top and wolf tooth bottom. A mix of what I had around. Both new though.
