Upgrades include: 130mm Rockshox Reba fork OneUp dropper post (could use a service) Paul dropper lever SRAM X1 GXP crankset and Wolf Tooth direct mount ring Shimano XT brakes WTB Rocket Comp saddle Maxxis Rekon+ rear and Minion DHF front (tubeless, but should definitely be re-set up) Usual scuffs and scrapes from mtb’in and bikepacking over the years, but no dents! SRAM NX 11s drivetrain. Stock wheels are in great shape. You probably want wider bars. Not pictured but included is the stock rigid fork. And all these cool stickers at no extra charge!
