You're looking at a pair of nearly new, mint condition Tektro R556 long reach, cold forged brake calipers which are perfect to use to convert a tight clearance 700c bike to 650b or, to run fat tires and fenders on a well-designed rim brake bike. I think I had mounted these briefly on a Bleriot for a Honjo fender test fit so not quite 100% new.
